Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of FLUX.2 Pro AI (the "Service"). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. FLUX.2 Pro AI is a creative and productivity tool intended for professional, commercial, and personal image generation and editing — such as marketing assets, product mockups, storyboards, concept art, and presentations.

By using the Service you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with this AUP. We enforce this policy actively. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, and where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, edit, store, or distribute any of the following:

• Sexual or adult content (NSFW). Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material of any kind.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors. We have zero tolerance for this. Such content is automatically blocked, removed, and reported to law enforcement and relevant agencies (e.g., NCMEC).
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual or intimate depictions of real, identifiable individuals created without their consent, including "deepfake" pornography.
• Deepfakes and synthetic impersonation. Realistic depictions of real, identifiable people (including face-swaps) created to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate, or to falsely suggest endorsement.
• Misuse of public-figure or celebrity likeness. Using a real person's name, image, or likeness for impersonation, fraudulent endorsement, or other deceptive purposes.
• Intellectual-property infringement. Reproducing copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, or branded characters without authorization, or producing counterfeit or knock-off materials.
• Violence, gore, and extremism. Content that glorifies or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm, or that depicts graphic gore.
• Hate and harassment. Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Illegal goods and activities. Content that facilitates illegal weapons, drugs, fraud, scams, phishing, or any unlawful activity.
• Deceptive and political manipulation. Misinformation, fabricated news, or synthetic media intended to manipulate elections, impersonate officials, or mislead the public.

Prohibited Conduct

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent our content-moderation or safety systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our models, prompts, or source code.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Use automated systems to overload, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

To keep the Service safe and compliant, we maintain a multi-layered content-moderation process. This includes automated keyword and prompt filtering against a prohibited-terms blocklist, and the right to manually review activity that is flagged or reported. Prompts identified as explicit, illegal, or otherwise prohibited may be blocked before generation.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• block or refuse any prompt or generation request;
• remove or restrict access to any content;
• issue warnings, suspend, or permanently terminate any account; and
• report illegal content and activity to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to [email protected] with the relevant details. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, including content removal and account enforcement.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
